Reed Business Support are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing insurance company to recruit for a Claims Handler based Rotherham. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance. As an Account Handler, you will manage and develop client and customer accounts, ensuring timely support while providing exceptional customer service.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide expert advice on insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet client needs
  • Process new insurance policies, renewals, and amendments using Acturis software
  • Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the insurance industry
  • Proficient in using Acturis software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
