Customer Services Advisor, also known here as Sales Administrator duties:
Input and verify orders with a high degree of attention to detail
Handle residential and domestic customer enquiries effectively over the phone and via email
Build your own brand awareness, the products available and communicate this to customers
Handle the daily customer enquiries received through the Live Chat communication
Run reports for sales support, raising orders from field sales
To be considered for the Customer Services / Sales Administrator position, you will have:
Over 2 years’ experience of customer service and sales support, used to working to targets
Excellent oral communication and superb listening skills, organised and self-motivated
Numerate and computer literate with IT skills inc Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM and or SAP
Benefits of the Customer Services / Sales Administrator include
Salary: £25,000 increasing to £26,500 on completion of probation
Working hours: 37hrs per week on a 2 week rota;
8am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday finishing at 3.30pm on Fridays
9am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and finishing at 4.30pm on Fridays
Holidays: 25 plus stats
