Based in South Yorkshire, this is an exceptional opportunity for a well experienced Sales specialist with strong experience in the industry to find a long-term home in their employment search and pass on their years of experience to a young and talented sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand clients’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor performance metrics using CRM tools and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of sales team members.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
