An innovative, high-growth automotive customisation brand is on a mission to scale, growing from £28m to £100m turnover over the next three years. With a loyal customer base, in-house marketing team, and a big focus on CRM and automation, they’re now looking for an Interim Marketing Director to help drive that next phase of growth.
This is a business that moves quickly, values creativity and collaboration, and gets things done without the corporate layers. You’ll be leading the marketing function through a critical growth phase, bringing structure, energy, and strategic focus while also delivering day-to-day results.
You’ll also guide the rollout of a new CRM system (GoHighLevel), build data-driven campaigns, and shape how the brand engages customers across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead all marketing activity, from campaigns to customer journey to content.
- Coach and support the in-house team, helping them stay focused and thrive.
- Oversee CRM and automation implementation, ensuring it improves customer experience and engagement.
- Launch new products, grow brand visibility, and support international expansion.
- Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing with commercial growth targets.
What we're looking for:
- Strategic marketing experience, with the confidence to get involved in delivery.
- Strong CRM and automation knowledge (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
- Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or entrepreneurial businesses.
- A genuine interest in brand, community, and scaling impact without bureaucracy.
- A collaborative and practical mindset, with the ability to mentor and support others.
Contract details:
- Initial 3-month contract with the potential to move into a longer-term fractional role.
- Hybrid working available – a mix of time on site in Rotherham and remote working.
