  • �? Empowering students with SEMH needs to grow academically and personally.
  • ?? Supporting inclusive learning environments alongside experienced educators.
  • ?? Providing tailored one-on-one or small group support.
  • ?? Assisting with classroom management and day-to-day tasks.

  • Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
  • Experience working within a care background such as social care, health and social care, nursing tec
  • A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant qualifications or training (a bonus, not a must!).
