- �? Empowering students with SEMH needs to grow academically and personally.
- ?? Supporting inclusive learning environments alongside experienced educators.
- ?? Providing tailored one-on-one or small group support.
- ?? Assisting with classroom management and day-to-day tasks.
? What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs.
- Experience working within a care background such as social care, health and social care, nursing tec
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant qualifications or training (a bonus, not a must!).
