Fulfilment Team Leader - Rotherham - £25,000 - £27,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with an innovative and exciting business, currently going through a strong period of growth, and looking to recruit an organised and conscientious Team Leader to join their busy Fulfilment team. You will report into the Fulfilment Manage and be responsible for running a highly efficient and agile department. This role will suit someone who has excellent attention to detail, likes working within a busy team and is looking for long term growth.In Return You’ll Receive:

Responsibilities of the Fulfilment Team Leader:
  • Leading employees using a performance management and development process
  • Ensuring compliance with rules, procedures, systems
  • Ensuring that the quality of service within the team is maintained at the highest possible standards
  • Taking overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training, and welfare of your team
  • Developing, maintaining and regularly reviewing team strategy to ensure KPIs, work standards and expectations in line with company objectives are met
  • Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all administrative and reporting procedures
  • Preparing distribution lists for the preferred despatch method and output the preferred
  • Liaising with both Production Planning and the Warehouse regarding the items required to form part of each distribution
  • Ensuring cross team communication to raise issues, improve processes and obtain or offer support
  • Feedback consignment details to the account management team at the end of every distribution
  • Managing the day-to-day operations and ensure tasks are completed to agreed timelines
  • Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports for management on progress against specific objectives/KPI’s
  • Appropriately communicating organisation information through department meetings
  • Working with HR to recruit, interview, select, hire and onboard new employees
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A self-starter using your initiative to reach goals and solve problems
  • Analytical with great attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude with a proactive mind set
