Project Manager Rotherham - Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home£40,000 + benefits

Are you a driven Project Manager with a passion for systems, technology and change delivery within financial services? Elevation IT are looking for a tech-savvy, proactive professional to lead key IT and systems-based projects for our client based in Rotherham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of delivering current and future IT and systems-related projects, from planning through to implementation.
  • Collaborate with the internal leadership team to capture technical and operational change requirements, producing comprehensive scope and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external development teams to implement system enhancements and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
  • Organise and lead project meetings to maintain momentum, manage risk and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate system testing (UAT, regression, etc.) to validate that all developments meet business and technical requirements.
  • Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials to support successful system adoption.
  • Ensure consistent communication with business units and senior leadership, providing visibility on short- and long-term development roadmaps.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable experience in a project or change management role with a strong IT/systems focus.
  • Background in financial services, ideally within mortgages or secured lending (either broker or lender side).
  • Proven track record delivering complex IT or systems change projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, system integrations, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and confident in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
