The Role:You will handle a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including:
- Drafting Wills and Trusts
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection work
- Inheritance Tax and estate planning advice
You'll be supported by an experienced team and benefit from high-quality work and strong administrative support.
About You:- You'll be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or STEP-qualified fee earner.
- You'll have proven experience in handling a broad range of Wills & Probate matters.
- You'll be empathetic, client-focused and highly organised.
- Strong technical knowledge and a personable, professional manner are key.
- Competitive salary between £40,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
