Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, either from dictation or by drafting independently, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Maintain and manage multiple Outlook inboxes, calendars, contacts, and coordinate the filing and organisation of client files and folders. Demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute. Assist with business development activities, including the coordination of business travel, accommodation, and itineraries. Step in to support the team during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of service and seamless operations. Exhibit excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence in all interactions.Key Qualifications:Proven experience as a legal secretary in a commercial environment, particularly supporting senior fee earners. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
