Manufacturing Team Leader
Elevation Recruitment are supporting a well-established and still growing manufacturing company in the Rotherham area as they look to add a Manufacturing Team Leader to their structure, aimed at guiding and support production teams while ensuring operational excellence on the shop floor.Â
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead, coach, and support a team of manufacturing cell leaders and operatives across the shift

Monitor workflow and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Uphold and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Act as the key point of contact between your team and senior production management.

Identify process improvements and support implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role. Leadership qualifications are preferred (ILM L3, Degree, HNC or NVQ L5)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate teams and manage performance in a dynamic environment.
