About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons in Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will:
- Plan and teach lessons that encourage creativity, technical skill, and independent thinking
- Support pupils in exploring a variety of artistic media and developing their own style
- Assess and monitor student progress in line with school policies
- Contribute to the wider school community through exhibitions, clubs, and enrichment activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Art and Design at secondary level
- A strong portfolio and a genuine enthusiasm for the arts
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
