  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop person-centered care plans for adults with learning disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Registered with Social Care England.
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a qualified Social Worker. Experience working with adults with learning disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and case management skills.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies relating to learning disabilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with learning disabilities and their families.
  • Commitment to person-centered practice and ethical standards.
