About the Role:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a passionate Social Worker to join the Preparing for Adulthood Team in Rotherham, supporting young people as they transition into adult services. This is a rewarding opportunity to empower independence and shape brighter futures through collaborative, person-centered care.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Preparing for Adulthood (PFA) Social Worker
  • Requires experience working with young adults in transition or leaving care
  • Must have conducted focused reviews and managed direct payments
  • Strong knowledge of Care Act assessments, MCA, and Best Interests decisions essential
  • Familiarity with CHC checklists and 3 days per week in-borough (office/visits) mandatory

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
