Description
This is a mixed role between Software Developer and Support Analyst Duties.Day to day will include:
- Design, develop, and implement software applications
- Collaborate with the technology team to identify and implement digital solutions
- Provide technical support and training to colleagues on new systems
- Help setup of new user accounts and orientations to computer systems
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, and usability
- Participate in upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
- Conduct system tests and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Produce comprehensive documentation relating to system design and implementation
- Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and developments
- Help with inquires through phone calls or service tickets
Profile
Must haves:
- C# / VB.NET
- SQL
- JavaScript
- Thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office 365
- Strong communication skills
