Are you a proactive and organised project professional with a passion for driving best practices and continuous improvement? We are looking for an experienced PMO Manager to join us on a fixed-term basis, supporting a Transformation Project Management Office through a critical period of delivery.

This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact by enhancing project governance, embedding effective delivery frameworks and playing a key role in the development and roll-out of Monday.com as our core work management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of Monday.com across the project portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain PMO standards, processes, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Support governance meetings and ensure compliance with agreed controls and reporting.
  • Monitor project KPIs, budgets and progress, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic insight through analysis of project data and interdependencies.
  • Coach teams on best practice in project management tools and techniques.

About you:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience working in or leading a PMO or project governance function.
  • Confidence in analysing data and communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Monday.com is highly desirable, though strong candidates with the ability to learn the platform quickly will be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
