We're a small, family-run business specialising in bespoke refurbishment and re-upholstery for bars and restaurants across the UK - and we're looking for a Trainee Upholsterer to join our friendly team.Each of our projects is individually designed, with a strong focus on quality, detail, and the client's unique vision. No two jobs are the same - so if you enjoy variety and craftsmanship, this could be the perfect fit for you.About the Role:
- As a trainee, you'll learn the full upholstery process, including:
- Stripping down and preparing furniture for refurbishment
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting high-quality fabrics and foam
- Working with a variety of tools and materials
- Reading design briefs and bringing them to life with precision
- Collaborating with a small, supportive team to meet project deadlines
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally, experience in manufacturing, upholstery, or assembly
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Strong practical skills and confidence using hand tools
- Reliability and pride in producing quality work
