Job Summary
Paisley Site Services are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our clients dynamic team based in Teesside. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services directly to customers in the field. Your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver exceptional service will be key to your success. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through research and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage your time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a field-based position.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and influence decision-makers.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
  • Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes (e.g., CRM software).
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Knowledge or experience within the industrial sector is advantageous.
