Key Responsibilities
Support section and site engineers in supervising on-site activities.
Oversee and coordinate heavy civil works, including:
Earthworks
Drainage installations
Reinforced concrete (RC) works
Concrete pours
Ensure work is completed to specification, on time, and in line with Health & Safety requirements.
Assist with setting out and monitoring progress of civil works.
Liaise with contractors, sub-contractors, and project teams.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in heavy civil works on large-scale projects.
Hands-on experience with earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete works, and concrete pours.
Strong Health & Safety knowledge; SMSTS/SSSTS/CSES preferred.
Experience working in complex, major projects is an advantage (e.g., large substations or infrastructure sites).
"Boots on the ground" practical experience required.
Software & Training
Generic CAD and Microsoft Office skills desirable.
Primavera P6 is a bonus.
Environmental and site-specific software training will be provided on-site.
