Marks Consulting Partners is seeking a Property Service Surveyor for a Housing Association client in Middlesbrough.
The role involves handling responsive repairs, voids, damp, mould, condensation, project management, and insurance works.
Candidates must have experience in social housing or a similar environment, along with knowledge of building maintenance and health and safety regulations.
Experience in contract management and working with various contractors is also required.

What you will need

Experience in working in social housing or similar environment
Knowledge of building maintenance, regulations, British standards, approved codes of practise, CDM & health & safety regulations
Experience of contract management, managing and working with repairs,voids,dampness and ground maintenance contractors
