Reed Business Support are looking for highly ambitious and money-driven sales professionals to join their client's dynamic team within the construction industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of high-level deals, working with firms across the UK and the EU. Benefits:

Duties:
  • Reach out to construction firms to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Negotiate terms and pricing 
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Engage in regular, all-expenses-paid travel to meet with customers face to face
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • No specific qualifications required, but an enthusiastic mindset is essential
  • Willingness to pick up the phone and engage in conversations with potential clients
  • Experience in the construction or plant industries is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets
