We are currently seeking for our client an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major Waste-to-Energy project based in Port Clarence, Middlesbrough. This is an ongoing contract position offering full-time hours 45 per week, Monday to Friday. Â
Key Responsibilities

Supervise electrical teams on site, ensuring work is delivered safely and to a high standard

Oversee daily site activities and coordinate labour and resources

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures

Monitor progress against programme and report to project management

Provide technical guidance and leadership to electrical operatives

Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
Essential Requirements

Time-served Electrician
-
Strong background in heavy industry environments
-
Experience working on power stations, gas sites, or large industrial projects

Proven supervisory experience managing teams on site

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practice
Desirable
-
Previous experience on Waste-to-Energy or similar industrial energy projects
-
SSSTS / SMSTS certification (advantageous but not essential)
