Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager to lead our team in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of HVAC systems, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires excellent communication abilities, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and support staff.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project status.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Utilise IT tools such as Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
• UK Driving Licence - Essential

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficient in IT applications including Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation purposes.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
• Knowledge of project management principles is advantageous.
• A relevant qualification or certification in HVAC systems is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
