We are seeking an Electrician for a temporary contract in social housing properties in Middlesbrough and surrounding areas.
The role offers an hourly rate between £25 and £27, along with a van and fuel card.
Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, 18th edition, 2391, and AM2 certifications, along with social housing experience.
The position includes remedial work, testing, and inspection, as well as the potential for call outs and development opportunities.
This role presents a chance to transition to a permanent position after the temporary contract.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

Hourly rate £25 - £27
Van and fuel card provided
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Opportunity for call outs and development

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Remedial work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding
Work in void properties
Extractor fans, lighting, sockets & test and inspection
Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th edition, 2391 & AM2
Social housing experience
