We are seeking an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Middlesbrough and nearby areas.
This is a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent, offering an hourly rate of £25 to £27, along with a van and fuel card.
The role involves performing remedial work in tenanted and void properties, including tasks such as installing extractor fans, lighting, and sockets, as well as testing and inspection.
Candidates must have at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, along with the 18th edition, 2391, and AM2 qualifications, as well as experience in social housing.

We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding areas. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent, with a van and fuel card provided. This role consists of remedial work within tenanted properties.

The Electrician will receive:

Hourly rate 25 - 27
Van and fuel card provided
Temporary to permanent opportunity
Opportunity for call outs and development

The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:

Remedial work in social housing properties across Middlesbrough and surrounding
Work in void properties
Extractor fans, lighting, sockets & test and inspection
Call out rota (standby rate and pay per job)

We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
18th edition, 2391 & AM2
Social housing experience
