Key responsibilities include preparing monthly management accounts, driving budgeting and forecasting, and managing a small finance team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with advanced Excel and systems expertise.
The position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 to $95,000 and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial analysis.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across manufacturing operations.

Manage and develop a small team creating a forward-thinking and efficient finance function.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (essential).
A self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently and leading change initiatives.
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
