Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration & Reporting – Provide detailed call reports to the Sales Manager for analysis and strategic planning.

  • Customer Retention – Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate field visits with the external sales team.

  • Cross-Department Liaison – Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

  • Maximise Opportunities – Follow the sales process to optimise revenue and business growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Ability to work independently while being a great team player.

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
