We are looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Site Supervisor (ideally with HVAC experience) to look after a number of sites across North East England

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the site team in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all site M&E plant, systems, and equipment.
  • Maintain compliance with industry and QHSE standards, including accurate record keeping.
  • Organise and assist with installation, commissioning and repairs across HVAC and BMS packages
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the site's operations and systems.
  • Support the Contract Manager with staffing levels, holiday cover, and absence planning.
  • Oversee specialist contractors on-site, including inductions and reviewing service reports.
  • Ensure remedial works are quoted, approved, and scheduled as required.
  • Manage the client's change control system and ensure all relevant paperwork is prepared and submitted in advance of high-risk works.
  • Use company systems to track performance and service delivery.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Site Supervisor (M&E, HVAC, Facilities or Civils ideal) and have an appropriate Site Safety card (SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, CCNSG etc). You will need experience of managing direct staff and subcontractors, good planning and scheduling skills and be able to use resources effectively to deliver work packages on time and within budget.

Good organisational, planning, communication and interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to manage client expectations and report works progress using company systems. Good IT skills are also needed as is a Full UK Driving Licence. An IPAF would be ideal
