  • Managing inbox support to ensure customer queries are promptly addressed and accurately recorded.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the integrity of the CRM system by updating customer records in alignment with the company portal and website.
  • Assisting with administration, reporting, and compliance admin for subsidiaries and affiliated companies
  • Managing all administrative tasks and user inquiries related to the member portal, ensuring smooth functionality and user support.
  • Providing technical assistance to users, requiring basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to enhance user experience.
  • Providing website administrative support, including content changes, uploading documents and overseeing bookings management.
  • Ensuring accuracy, functionality, and accessibility of website features to support business operations and user experience.
  • Perform general administration tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the office and operational processes
  • Recommend process enhancements or communication improvements when appropriate.
  • Supporting the events team in general admin to monitor invitations and responses, including Annual Conference logistics.
  • Contribution to the overall development of the company and associated companies.
