Albion Search is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a regional house builder in Middlesbrough to oversee the final phases of a development.
The ideal candidate should have experience working for a regional or national house builder and must be familiar with NHBC regulations.
This position requires a commitment of 5 months and involves responsibilities such as customer care, health and safety, and managing subcontractors.
Applicants must possess a valid and up-to-date SMSTS and CSCS card, along with relevant house building experience.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder to appoint an Assistant Site Manager to see out the final phases of a development in Middlesbrough.

The successful candidate will of worked for a regional or national house builder, worked withinNHBC regs and be willing to commit for the next 5 months.

Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Care
Preparing plots for CML & Customers moving in
H&S
Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks
Managing a number of sub-contractors
Managing finishing trades
Home demo's

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS and CSCS Card, along with the relevant house building experience mentioned above.
