Are you a Manufacturing Manager with experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) and process improvements within a New Product Introduction (NPI) environment?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop your own team, driving CI and process improvements across new product introductions, while maintaining the company's strong reputation across its well-established product line.

This global, industry-leading company continues to go from strength to strength, making this a fantastic time to join. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to their continued growth by shaping strategy and supporting the achievement of long-term business goals.

You'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of approximately 10 direct reports, setting KPIs and providing a strong platform for training and career progression. With a clear focus on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), you'll collaborate closely with both the Design and Project Engineering teams across a wide range of projects.

This role is ideal for a Manufacturing Manager with proven experience in CI and process improvements within an NPI-focused environment.

The Role

  • Leading and developing a team of roughly 10 Manufacturing Engineers
  • Driving CI and process improvements across NPI and well-established product lines
  • Strong focus on Design for Manufacturing, collaborating with design and project teams

The Person

  • Manufacturing Manager
  • CI & process improvements experience (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experienced driving improvements within a New Product Introduction environment
