Your skills / background: SAP, Production, Planner, Manufacturing, Coordinator, Warehouse, Transport Operations

Reporting to the Partner Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating production planning to ensure smooth and efficient warehousing and transport operations for our key customers and third-party contracts. This hybrid role offers a mix of on-site involvement and strategic oversight, where you’ll help deliver on business KPIs and make sure the needs of our partners and internal teams are consistently met.

What your day might look like:

•    Support all aspects of production planning & administration for the Veolia contract, covering sales orders, procurement, warehousing and distribution activities across both Veolia SAP & Univar SAP
•     Maintain the daily production schedule to meet customer demands
•    Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to ensure all operational requirements are achieved
•    Ensure effective and timely customer service through verbal collaboration in the office, phone calls, instant messaging and emails
•     Recommend continuous improvement and ways to reduce operating costs wherever possible.
•     Ensure effective control of stock and costs
•    Take product samples
•    Lead Wastewater effluent testing and PTO tank inspections
•     Support the investigation and administration of customer complaints
•     Ensure compliance to Statutory requirements, Quality procedures, GDP Policies and Procedures, Insurance requirements

About you:

•    Good numeracy and statistics skills and an excellent knowledge of Excel and SAP
•     Forklift licence desirable but not essential
•     Flexibility is required to meet the varying tasks that the role requires
•     The ability to prioritise work and display a high level of attention to detail
•     You must be customer focused, providing excellent service at all times and it is essential that you’re a good team player
