We are currently recruiting a Construction Administrator to support our client in a pivotal role. This position plays a key part in providing vital administrative support across tendering, procurement, and early-stage project planning, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively prioritise and manage a variety of administrative tasks
  • Prepare and collate professional reports and documentation
  • Maintain and update company databases, including CRM and resource schedules
  • Receive and manage tender enquiry information, ensuring correct storage and access
  • Issue subcontractor and material enquiries via email and letter
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations through calls and emails
  • Assist with general office duties such as minimal photocopying and call handling
  • Organise and log all correspondence related to quotations
  • Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong administrative and report-writing skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Construction industry experience preferred but not essential
