The Company.Nigel Wright is delighted to be supporting a diverse business, who pride themselves in investing in the local Teesside area to create a better future for the local economy, on the appointment of an Office Manager to join their head office based in Middlesbrough.The Opportunity.This key role within the business will be pivotal in managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the central operations across a number of head office departments.  You will be responsible for all general facilities support for a number of office buildings, including managing cleaning contracts, general maintenance management and facilities administration.  As the Office Manager, you will act as first point of contact for all general office enquiries, including general office purchasing and procurement of goods and services, you will liaise and manage relationships with departments and tenants across the site and manage any building events that will be managed and coordinated.  Reporting to the Finance Director you will support the wider finance team on general finance administration, including managing monthly expense claims, issuing invoices and working to streamline purchasing across the business.What you need to succeed.As an experienced Office Manager, you will be highly organised and be able to juggle a number of office operations, you possess excellent problem solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders from contractors, business owners to senior managers.
