Job Title: Semi-Skilled Operator
Location: Middlesbrough

Salary:
Day shift (Early finish Friday) - 25,397.74 + KPI Bonus + Attendance Bonus
Backshift (4 10-hour shifts) - 28,848.46 + KPI Bonus + Attendance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift (FLT) to move and handle materials.
- Overhead Crane Operation: Use overhead cranes to transport heavy materials.
- Bandsaw Operation: Set up and operate bandsaws to cut materials to required specifications.
- Material Handling: Load, transport, and store materials in the production area.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials for accuracy and quality.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations and use PPE.
- Maintenance & Housekeeping: Perform routine checks on equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of materials and equipment usage.
Requirements:
- Valid Forklift (FLT) Licence
- Overhead Crane Experience
- Bandsaw Operation Experience
- Strong understanding of safety practices.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
