Principle Designer (HSE/CDM & Building Regulations) - Middlesbrough

I am looking for a Principle Designer on a contract basis to work on a design & build project in Middlesbrough.

Role:

Lead the planning, management and monitoring of health and safety during the construction phase of the project.
Inform the client/contractor of their CDM duties.
Ensure that risks are identified, eliminated or controlled.
Compile and provide pre-construction information to designers and contractor.

Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in Principle Design with solid knowledge of health and safety, CDM and building regulations.
Sub-contract management experience (essential)
Client side experience (essential)
Chemical production project experience (desirable)

Rate: £56.25 h/r LTD - 40 hours a week.

Start Date: October 2025.

End Date: May 2026.
