You are an experienced Production Supervisor with significant experience working in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment, ideally in high precision machining.
You will have experience managing teams in manufacturing processes, including staffing levels and machine capacity planning.
You will be experienced in implementing and maintaining HSE standards and able to demonstrate people management to motivate and develop your team.
We are looking for someone who is a strong leader, results orientated, with ability to plan and deliver against production deadlines.
You can demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, positive and enthusiastic approach to adopt and implement new ideas and processes.
Nebosh general certificate and six-sigma green belt qualification would be advantageous.
This position will be on a full time, permanent basis, and working day shift hours of 38.75 per week.
