Are you an experienced administrative professional looking to join a dynamic team in the thrilling world of offshore wind energy? This company is seeking a talented Project Administrator to provide essential support during the Execution Phase of an Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) Offshore Wind Project.

As the Project Administrator, you will be a crucial member of the project team, reporting directly to the Project Director. Your responsibilities will include:

* Creating and maintaining the project's local network drive folders
* Organizing project meetings and taking detailed meeting minutes
* Arranging hospitality, lunches, and events for the project
* Requisitioning stationery, office equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Developing and updating the project's holiday chart
* Compiling and distributing project reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
* Executing any additional responsibilities as directed by the Project Director

To excel in this role, you will need:

* Experience in positions of responsibility, trust, and confidentiality
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders
