Package Manager (Civils & Structural) - Top 10 Contractor - Teeside Area - up to 75k + Package

Our client is a multi-discliplned top 10 internaional main contractor,operating across multiple continents and responsible for some of the worlds most iconic Engineering projects.

They are currently seeking an experienced Package/Project Manager to oversee Civils & Structural packages on a large onshore gas pipeline project in the Teeside area.

This project management role is to be the package manager for the main facilities contractors for civils and steelwork. The package manager will be responsible for successful delivery of the packages from procurement, through readiness, construction and commissioning. Previous civils package management experience is beneficial with a focus on procurement.Full job spec available upon request.

Key Responsibilities:

Appointed package manager and the main point of contact for the relevant Facilities contractors.
Monitor engineering progress and ensure engineering outputs are produced and the scope documents are ready for procurement of the Facilities contracts on time.
Support the procurement of the relevant Facilities contractors.
Chair the monthly progress meeting and ensure the Facilities Contractors produce the required daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Oversee the Facilities contracts, monitor performance and support and enable successful delivery.
