About you
- Do you love property and have recent experience working in an Estate Agency with a minimum of 2 years' experience?
- Are you thorough and methodical, with excellent communication skills face-to-face, over the phone and correspondence?
- Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service?

About the Role
Based at the Middlesborough office, your primary role will be to arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and arrange market appraisals for properties.
Alongside this, you will work alongside the team with various aspects of our property services including:
- Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors and contractors.
- Organising property viewings and valuations
- Registering and managing applicants.
- Maintaining regular contact with vendors and provide feedback on all viewings in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to negotiate offers, agree sales and manage their progression.
