We're working with a client in the property sector who are looking for a New Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and fuel growth in the North East.

This is not your standard sales role - you'll be given real autonomy, a chance to make your mark, and the potential to build your own team once KPIs are consistently hit.

Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

  • Drive business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing new clients within the modern property auction space.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Attend networking events and proactively engage potential vendors and partners both online and offline.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing deals.
  • Promote the company's services across social media and other channels to grow brand presence and attract inbound interest.

What We're Looking for as a Business Development Manager:

  • Strong background in B2B or property-related sales - ideally someone with experience in property auctions or valuation.
  • Natural self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
  • Confident communicator with a passion for networking, social selling, and building lasting client relationships.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable creating content and presence across digital platforms.
  • Office-based initially (TS6 area), with flexibility to move into a hybrid model (2 days in office) after ramp-up period.
