Location: MiddlesbroughSalary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE

Renowned for our technical expertise and exceptional service, we’re now looking for a Security Service & Installation Engineer to join our growing team and help us raise the bar even higher.

The Role:

This isn’t your average engineer job. As a key member of our team, you’ll be out in the field, working on exciting commercial projects—servicing and installing state-of-the-art security systems. You’ll be the go-to engineer in the North East, supported by a junior technician who you’ll help guide and mentor.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Install, service, and maintain CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
• Act as a mentor to a junior engineer—pass on your expertise and develop leadership skills
• Ensure all systems meet industry regulations and company standards
• Deliver exceptional service to clients with a professional and personable approach
• Collaborate with a supportive team, but also thrive when working independently
• Communicate clearly and confidently—both face-to-face and in reports

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience installing and servicing security systems
• Strong team player with great communication skills
• Confident working independently and leading by example
• Bonus: experience with wireless systems
• Must have: Full UK driving licence
