You will oversee all aspects of electrical installation, coordination, and compliance, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Electrical Manager Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate electrical installations and subcontractors on-site

Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and the wider project team

Ensure electrical works meet all statutory regulations and client specifications

Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor quality, progress, and H&S compliance

Assist in planning, procurement, and delivery scheduling

Report on project milestones and identify any risks or issues

Maintain all documentation and ensure accurate reporting
Electrical Manager Requirements

Proven experience in a similar Electrical Manager / Supervisor role within the commercial sector

Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, ECS/CSCS, etc.)

SMSTS / SSSTS preferred

Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, regulations, and standards

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
