Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator to join Cheshire East Council's Waste, Cleansing, and Fleet Services Department on a 12 month temporary contract covering maternity leave. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Duties:

Efficient use of IT systems to maintain databases, update records, and process orders and invoices

Handle face-to-face, telephone, and email enquiries, delivering excellent customer service

Manage administrative processes, including insurance claims paperwork, daily work sheets, and route risk assessments

Organise financial transactions such as reconciliation of income and preparation of banking submissions

Support the organisation of meetings and events, including taking notes and following up on actions

Engage with service users through surveys and assist in promotional campaigns and events

Maintain accurate filing and recording systems to provide accessible information and statistical reporting

Support the handling of motor vehicle insurance claims and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:

Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office and bespoke systems

Previous experience in administration and excellent communication skills

Ability to manage your workload independently, with attention to detail and customer focus
