Account Manager Holmes Chapel, £30,000 - £32,000 DOE, 15 Month Maternity Contract

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our longstanding clients in the heart of Holmes Chapel. We are seeking an Account Manager for a 15-month contract due to maternity leave. The company excels in their sector, offering exceptional services to their clients across the UK. If you are a people person with a passion for building strong, lasting relationships, then we would like to hear from you. Were looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our clients well established team and serve as the key point of contact for their valued clients. You will be instrumental in strengthening client loyalty, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and both internal and field-based teams. Daily duties will include:

  • Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong and trusted relationships
  • Understand client objectives and ensure services align with their needs
  • Resolve any customer complaints within a timely manner
  • Proactively identify opportunities to add value or improve the client experience
  • Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments and field-based staff members to ensure service delivery and timely communication
  • Monitor client feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement
  • Update the CRM system
  • Ensure works carried out are in line with Health and Safety policies

Previous experience in a client-facing, account management role is desirable, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritise tasks effectively. You will have a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and be comfortable using CRM systems. In return the company offer a supportive, friendly, and collaborative team environment.
