Join our client's growing production team as a Fabricator Welder, specialising in TIG and MIG welding. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-grade materials and mixed metals, ensuring high-quality standards.

- NVQ Level 3 Welder (or equivalent).
- Proficient in TIG and MIG welding.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- 25 days leave plus bank holidays.
- Health plan eligibility after probation.
- 9-day fortnight working pattern.
- Pension scheme (Employee 5%, Employer 4%).
- Progression through pay bands with experience.
- Death in Service benefit (4 times base salary).
- Paid company sick pay (after probation).
- Long service award with additional leave after 5, 10, and 15 years.
