About the Role:
We are looking for a Construction Site Manager for holiday cover on an industrial refurbishment project. With a strong focus on steel frame fabrication & industrial refurbishment/fit-out. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring health & safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations;
Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring high standards of workmanship;
Maintain health and safety in line with regulations;
Coordinate deliveries, materials, and equipment on-site;
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and risk assessments;
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry;
SMSTS and First Aid qualifications (essential);
CSCS Managers Card (preferred);
Strong leadership and communication skills;
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
