The Role:
As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to grow the business further.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare and present tailored quotations and proposals
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity using the company CRM
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
  • Travel may occasionally be required to attend client meetings or visit sites across the UK

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated and target-driven approach
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable due to the travel aspect of the role
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages
