An established and fast-paced fabrication business in Mildenhall, Suffolk is looking for experienced MIG Welders to join their growing team. Whether you're NVQ qualified or bring strong hands-on welding experience, you'll be involved in high-spec projects within a progressive and supportive work environment. Starting from 13+ p/hour, with excellent overtime potential and clear paths for progression, this is a great opportunity to join a company that takes pride in both its people and the quality of its output.
MIG Welder Duties:
- MIG Welding mild and stainless steel
- Carrying out jig work for precise fabrication
- Prepping metal components for welding
- Handling basic fabrication tasks
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate assembly
Pay, Hours & Benefits:
- 08:00 - 16:00 (flexible)
- Monday to Friday
- 30 days holiday after a successful probation
