This company has offices in Europe, Asia, and America, but operates in almost every country. Due to consistent growth in all markets they operate in, the demand for their services is constantly increasing.In this role you will report directly to the Management Accountant and work alongside a part time Credit Controller. Your duties will include but not limited to, processing employee expenses, processing invoices from suppliers, Run daily bank statements (EUR & USD), reconcile all bank accounts weekly & monthly in SAP, responsible for setting up and controlling Direct Debits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance/accounting. Candidates must be commutable to Milton Keynes.The Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible for processing employee expenses, processing invoices from suppliers, run daily bank statements, reconcile all bank accounts weekly & monthly in SAP, responsible for setting up and controlling Direct Debits.
  • Monday to Friday, flexible working hours but usual times are 9am to 5pm
  • Hybrid working available - during induction would be required in the office 3-4 days, would look to reduce down to 2-3 after this point

The Person:

  • Previous experience in finance or accounting roles
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • IT Literate (SAP, Sage, Word, Excel)
