Lead and manage audit engagements across a varied portfolio of clients and industries
Perform risk assessments, plan and execute audit procedures in line with firm and regulatory standards
Supervise, guide and mentor junior team members during audits
Analyse financial statements, identify control weaknesses, and provide strategic recommendations
Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure audit compliance
Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored business solutions
Work closely with partners and senior leadership to shape audit strategies and support business growth

Your Profile

ACA/ACCA qualified or newly qualified, with at least four years’ audit experience in practice
Significant audit exposure (minimum 50% of experience)
Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
Skilled in interpreting financial data, assessing risks, and improving internal controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in audit/accounting software
Organised and able to manage multiple audits and deadlines
