  • Lead and manage audit engagements across a varied portfolio of clients and industries
  • Perform risk assessments, plan and execute audit procedures in line with firm and regulatory standards
  • Supervise, guide and mentor junior team members during audits
  • Analyse financial statements, identify control weaknesses, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure audit compliance
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored business solutions
  • Work closely with partners and senior leadership to shape audit strategies and support business growth
Your Profile
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or newly qualified, with at least four years’ audit experience in practice
  • Significant audit exposure (minimum 50% of experience)
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
  • Skilled in interpreting financial data, assessing risks, and improving internal controls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in audit/accounting software
  • Organised and able to manage multiple audits and deadlines
