- Lead and manage audit engagements across a varied portfolio of clients and industries
- Perform risk assessments, plan and execute audit procedures in line with firm and regulatory standards
- Supervise, guide and mentor junior team members during audits
- Analyse financial statements, identify control weaknesses, and provide strategic recommendations
- Keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure audit compliance
- Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored business solutions
- Work closely with partners and senior leadership to shape audit strategies and support business growth
- ACA/ACCA qualified or newly qualified, with at least four years’ audit experience in practice
- Significant audit exposure (minimum 50% of experience)
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and auditing standards
- Skilled in interpreting financial data, assessing risks, and improving internal controls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in audit/accounting software
- Organised and able to manage multiple audits and deadlines
